Our Will, Trusts and Executry Department is run by Senior Partner, Douglas Lamond who was enrolled as a solicitor in 1974 having coming straight from University to the firm. He is assisted by our experienced Executry Paralegal, Morven Paul. Stewart MacGregor, Partner, also assists in the drafting of Will and Powers of Attorney. Stewart was enrolled as a solicitor in Scotland in July 2007 having come to practice law after starting his career in Local Government and was assumed as a Partner with Kippen Campbell LLP in May 2016.
