Morven has over 25 years experience in legal services in Perth and joined Kippen Campbell LLP in 2002. Her current role is to assist our Private Client team, headed by Jacqueline J. Dow, in the winding up of executry estates and to help clients through the diverse areas of Scottish estate administration including Confirmation, Inheritance Tax, the application of various reliefs and exemptions, Succession and Legal Rights.
Morven has paralegal qualifications for Conveyancing as well as Wills and Executries and also holds the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS) qualification and membership.
