COVID-19 archive

Firstly we'd like to say a huge thank you to our country’s amazing NHS staff who are working tirelessly in unimaginably stressful conditions during the Coronavirus pandemic.  They are our heroes!

As the confirmed number of Coronavirus cases in the UK continue to rise, we at Kippen Campbell LLP understand that health and family are at the forefront of our client’s minds right now.

We also understand that the Coronavirus, and the measures that have been put in place by the Government, will affect both our private clients and business owning clients in many different  and far reaching ways and that everyone is very much in unchartered territory.  It is undoubtedly a confusing and worrying time for everyone.

Areas of law which have been affected to date by the new legislations include:-

  • Buying and selling properties
  • Tenant and Landlords  rights when renting properties
  • How employers should deal with redundancies and layoffs
  • Employment rights for employees who find themselves out of work
  • Family law rights relating to on going contact with  children (whilst socially distancing or self-isolating)

Whilst our offices are closed to the public WE REMAIN VERY MUCH OPEN FOR BUSINESS and there are members of our team who are working remotely from home to ensure that we are able  to provide our clients with legal and property services. Please contact us by email.

Our contact details can be found on our “Our People” page.  We are here to help you.
