Coronavirus - Information for Sellers and Buyers

Following the announcement made by the Government on 23rd March 2020 our offices at Tay Street and South Street are now closed until further notice. Whilst our offices are closed to the public there are members of our team who continue to work remotely from home to ensure that we are able to continue to provide our clients with legal and property services.

Property Valuations - While we are unable to attend your property to carry out market appraisals, we are still able to provide advice over the phone or via email and would be happy to hear from you.
Viewings - Unfortunately for the duration of the lockdown, no viewings are permitted to take place at any of our properties.

We are following the guidelines/advice from the Government and will keep you up to date with the ongoing information provided.

We are looking forward to getting back to the business of marketing and selling your property soon.
