Our Will, Trusts and Executry Department is headed up by Partner Jacqueline J Dow who was enrolled as a solicitor in 1992 She is assisted by our experienced Executry Paralegal, Morven Paul. Robert Macduff-Duncan, Senior Associate, also assists in the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney. Robert was enrolled as a solicitor in Scotland in 2004.
